This one can make nearly everyone happy. You're gonna need more than 1 bottle of this flavor because you will be using it on everything, and in generous amounts. It's calm enough to be a good "starter" for those just beginning to explore hot sauces, but it's also complex in its flavor. The acidity from the pineapple brings forward a light tangy note, while the creaminess of the avocado helps temper the pineapple's acid and the heat from the pepper. I'd recommend this to anyone!
