Description

I developed this recipe as an homage to a Peruvian dish called “Seco” one of my favorites! Made by blending fresh cilantro, spices, garlic, onions, and chili peppers then simmered for a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

Absolutely Love This Sauce

One of my all-time favorites. Very mild spice, but very flavorful. Excellent example of a verde sauce. Great on Mexican food, especially Tacos, also good with eggs.
