Like I told you, what I said, melt your face right off your head. The Ghost Chili has many names that represents its killer heat. It is best known as the Naga Jolokia, after the fierce warriors of Nagaland, India. Regardless of what you call it, the Jolokia held the record for world’s hottest pepper. We’ve mixed Jolokias with, garlic, and onion to compliment the subtle sweetness of the Jolokia, while still maintaining the magic of the Ghost Chili’s heat.
