Bobby T’s Up In Smoke was born out of the passion to create really good, really simple, really clean food, nothing more, nothing less. Doing just that led me to making no fuss Bobby T’s Bonita Hot Sauces and Rubs. There are no additives, no preservatives, no extra sugars or artificial flavors..If it doesn’t enhance the flavor, it isn’t in the sauces or the rubs! We leave it to Mother Nature, who knows better than her?

First made to accompany my Smoked chicken wings, the Original Bonita Sauce makes amazing Bonita Wing Sauce I quickly found out people really liked the unique flavors. They couldn’t quite put their finger on it, but they liked it! They were actually asking to buy it..no really! Our Bonita Hot Sauce's, not Louisiana Hot Sauce, have a proprietary blend that make them distinctly SWFL. That same formula was then used to create our first dry rub., Bobby T’s Original Dry Rub and Mahalo Reaper Bonita Sauce

After spending 45 years cooking at home or at friends and being told , “you really should do this for a living”, I was given an opportunity to use a smoker up at our friends farm and brewery: Crazy Dingo Brewery and Southern Fresh Farms in Fort Myers. I was furloughed and what more did I have to do? So Michelle and I said lets' give it a go…And here we are!
