All American Cookout Sauce
This is the perfect sauce to go on sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs. The dill lends itself as a relish alternative, but also can enhance the flavor of most dishes you have grilling out. Throw this in a potato salad to give it a kick or a personal favorite, use it in a homemade tartar sauce for a fish sandwich. The habanero does the heavy lifting on the heat with serrano giving great pepper flavor. The onion, garlic, and dill blend well together for a nice balanced sauce.
