We used those smoked ghost peppers to complement the fire roasted carrots and tomatoes plus just enough scotch bonnets to maintain that amazing, complex and satisfying burn. The flavor bomb continues with the luxurious mouthfeel from the Avocado oil and a huge hit of roasted onion and garlic. Toasted cumin seed and lime juice combine with saffron to create a complexity that is truly something special.
