What it is: The first of Yellowbird's Seasonal Collector's Edition Hot Sauces, Super Serronic was born from a couple acres of farm–fresh serrano peppers that were given the opportunity to reach their full ripe red potential. Our culinary team paired these perfectly ripened serranos with sesame seeds, garlic, and black trumpet mushrooms to bring you a sauce exploding with umami flavor.
