Description

In Sweet Fuji, the heat of ghost pepper and the bite of wasabi are not quite tamed by the sweetness of pure, unfiltered honey from the bees here at Frog's Point Honey. Add a little garlic and (gluten-free) soy sauce, and oh, man, is this what you want on your sushi, your tuna steaks, your tongue!

Patrick Freivald is President Emeritus of the Ontario-Finger Lakes Beekeepers Association, and is known for keeping bees, teaching physics, building robots, and as an author. He hand-makes every batch of Hot Honey in his tiny facility located in the middle of 6700 acres of the Canadice-Hemlock State Forest in rural Western New York.
