Carlos of Chili Lengua de Fuego highlights earthy turmeric, zippy ginger, a blend of Scotch Bonnet, chocolate ghost and jalapeno peppers, as well as an authentic Honduran spirit called Aguardiente in this medium heat hot sauce. The Aguardiente adds subtle sweetness before the turmeric coats your tongue with bright, aromatic notes that linger along with the ghost pepper heat. Turmeric bomb is a flavorful afterburner.
